Our Facilities
DHR Health Institute for Research and Development has a robust infrastructure to support innovative and cutting-edge translational and clinical research. The Clinical Trials Unit is housed in over 10,000 square feet facility that is designated to conduct Phases I-IV clinical trials. In addition to administrative offices, the Clinical Trials Unit also has a biorepository, sample processing laboratory, patient exam room and dedicated space for clinical research coordinators.
The DHR Health Institute for Research and Development is also the recipient of the NIH-funded initiative entitled Accelerating COVID-19 Therapeutic Interventions & Vaccines and is one of 11 centers in the country that has a NIH-funded Mobile Research Unit staffed by a mid-level provider, clinical research coordinator and support staff.
